Important note on the WizButler threshold figure: The percentage shown represents the theoretical architectural ceiling. In practice, every physical restaurant has constraints that reduce this figure: fixed walls and structural columns, minimum aisle widths required by building codes, service access corridors that cannot be obstructed, fire egress requirements, and the positions of fixed service stations and bar infrastructure. These physical constraints are specific to each venue and are not captured by this model. The real-world WizButler threshold for your restaurant will be somewhat lower — typically 82–88% of physical seat capacity for most venues. Even at the conservative end of this range, the architectural advantage over table-based systems remains substantial.
